Delete your account and data

Sign in and open Account settings to request deletion of your Rutine Reserve account and associated personal data. If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the app, email hi@rutine.ai from your account email address with the subject “Account deletion request.”

We verify the request and review outstanding bookings, refunds, and payout obligations before confirming completion. Financial, fraud-prevention, dispute and legally required records may be retained with restricted access; we will explain applicable exceptions when processing your request.
